             For being selected to represent Tamil Nadu Special Olympics Bharat Football Boys and Girl Team respectively

            It is a Pride for us to see these children representing our Tamil Nadu State

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

Vidya Vikasini Opportunity school ,Thudiyalur, Coimbatore trained and prepared 11 intellectually disabled students(5 Girls  and  6  boys) for X std  Board exams for which results were declared on 23.05.2018. There is a myth that the intellectually disabled can study only upto V std in earlier days and cannot be educated further. Now these children blew this myth to pieces!

 

The intectually disabled students proved that  sky is the limit for them like their brothers and sisters in the regular Vidya Vikasini Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which again registered a 100% pass. Out of the 11 who appeared, 7 of  them passed out with four of them having scored above 300 to 375 marks upon 500. Incredible performance. Kudos to the teachers!

 

The students are planning to pursue polytechnic courses and to be self reliant by settling in different careers.

 

 

The Management and the Directors of the School Mrs.Sheela Suresh and Mr.T.V Suresh congratulated the students and the staff for this remarkable achievement.

Yet another milestone in the meritorious history of this Institution of 37 years standing founded by ( Late ) Smt. SS Jayalakshmi.

During the academic year 8 children have been admitted in Regular School from Primary. 2 students passed X in NIOS and pursuing higher studies. In this juncture.

We are proud to announce our student M. Arunachalam passed SSLC examination, Government of Tamilnadu, Securing 277/500 in the very first attempt. Apart from special education those who are able to study are trained under State board both Tamil & English medium.
